Rescheduling / Restructuring /OTS

We assist our clients in the process of changing the terms on the assets and/or liabilities of a company i.e. a company may consolidate its debts, significantly change the size and scope of its operations, and take other measures to reduce the strain of continuing operation. Companies use debt restructuring to avoid default on existing debt or to take advantage of a lower interest rate. We also assist our clients with OTS (One Time Settlement) which is an opportunity for troubled borrowers to avoid delays on existing debt, hassles from notices and seizures from banks.

 

Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR)

We assist our clients with Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) framework which is to ensure timely and transparent mechanism for restructuring the corporate debts of viable entities facing problems, outside the purview of NCLT , DRT and other legal proceedings. This framework will aim at preserving viable corporates that are affected by certain internal and external factors and minimize the losses to the creditors and other stakeholders through an orderly and coordinated restructuring programm.

 

NCLT

We assist in preparation of draft rehabilitation scheme and liasoning for our clients, who have filed and registered for NCLT or Board for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction, a body working under Government of India, Ministry of Finance, and Department of Economic Affairs for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction of sick industrial units. The main objective of this is to determine sickness and expedite the revival of potentially viable units or closure of unviable units (unit here in refers to a Sick Industrial Company).
